Can my PC run GTA 6?

Pick your graphics card and processor. You'll get a predicted tier (official PC specs aren't out yet).

How the prediction works (transparent method)

prediction Rockstar has not published PC requirements. Until it does, we estimate:

  1. Baseline = the consoles. GTA 6 is built for PS5 (8-core Zen 2 CPU, ~10.3 TFLOP RDNA 2 GPU - PlayStation Blog - PS5 hardware specs) and Xbox Series S/X (Xbox Wire - Xbox Series X|S specs). We assume console-equivalent PC hardware (roughly RTX 2070 Super / RX 6700-class GPU, Ryzen 7 3700X-class CPU) gives a console-like experience: about 1080p-1440p Medium at ~30 fps.
  2. Relative performance index. Each GPU and CPU gets a rough score where the PS5-class part = 100, based on aggregated public benchmark comparisons. These are our estimates, not lab measurements.
  3. Rockstar scaling history. GTA V (Rockstar Support - GTA V PC system requirements) and RDR2 (Rockstar Support - Red Dead Redemption 2 PC system requirements) PC minimums sat well below console-equivalent hardware, while "recommended" was near it. We set the predicted minimum at ~45% of PS5-class GPU.
  4. Bottlenecks. Your tier is the lower of the GPU and CPU result; cards under 6 GB VRAM are capped at Low, 8 GB at High (1080p).

When Rockstar posts official specs, this tool switches to them and we'll email subscribers.
